Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Freund is the Founder and CEO of Clickability. With over 12 years of experience in the technology industry, Jeff works to expand Clickability’s leadership position in the Web Content Management category. Jeff is instrumental to Clickability’s rapid growth through the expansion of customer and partner initiatives, product innovation, and driving the market shift from traditional, on-premise technology to on-demand, cloud-based software and infrastructure. As Clickability's technical visionary, Jeff designed and deployed the first and only pure-play SaaS platform for the entire Web Content Management lifecycle. Under Jeff’s leadership, Clickability is responsible for the management and global deployment of over 500 websites worldwide for such companies as NetApp, BMC Software, PR Newswire (United Business Media), NBC, Cantor Fitzgerald, Smithsonian, Philly.com, and Eloqua, among others.
Prior to founding Clickability, Jeff was the Western U.S. head of technology for Network Software Associates, a provider of legacy-to-Web host connectivity products for enterprise customers, and was also a key collaborator on Linux cluster supercomputer projects at UCLA. He is a member of the MySQL Advisory Board and the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) Executive Council. Jeff earned his BS and MS in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
Sean Noonan
Founder and Vice President of Finance
In his capacity as VP of Finance of Clickability, Sean is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including finance, legal, and business operations. Sean focuses on developing Clickability's internal strengths, and plays a key role in shaping the company's strategic business direction. Prior to his current role, Sean led several other teams within the organization, including Software Development and Client Services, providing him with a well-rounded experience across multiple business units. Sean has prior experience as a member of Ernst & Young’s eCommerce consulting team.
Darlene Mann
Chief Operating Officer
Darlene Mann brings a unique perspective to business strategy and operational management, with nearly 25 years of experience in the software industry. Darlene most recently served as CEO of Siperian, leading the company from early product development to a recognized first mover and leader in the rapidly growing Master Data Management market. Prior to joining Siperian, Darlene led the enterprise and Internet software and services investment practice as a general partner of ONSET Ventures. Darlene also spent more than 12 years in software product marketing and strategic planning in high- growth companies, including Avantos Performance Systems, BroadVision, Inc., Lotus Development Corporation, Verity and Paramount Communications. Darlene holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California at San Diego, Revelle College.
Mike Humphries
Executive Vice President of Business Development
For over 25 years, Mike has been responsible for producing revenue, revenue growth and profits at successful technology companies. Mike's career has spanned roles in product marketing and direct sales and business development, including VP of Sales, VP of Business Development, COO and General Manager. Five of Mike's companies have achieved significant milestones in their markets: Fairchild Semiconductor, Tymshare, Oracle, Vignette and Dorado. At Oracle, spanning $12M to $700M in sales, Mike ran OEM sales, and also pioneered Oracle’s initial success with responsibility for the ISV, National Accounts and Distribution channels. His key innovations contributed to their dramatic annual revenue growth and profits. Mike has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech.
Matthew Barkoff
Vice President, Media and Entertainment Business
Matthew Barkoff is responsible for creating and driving new business opportunities, strategy, market development and revenue for Clickability’s Media & Entertainment Business. Matthew has an entrepreneurial background with an emphasis in revenue growth. For three years running, he has led the team to record sales growth including consistently and successfully increasing bookings year over year from 2005 to 2008. Prior to joining Clickability in 2005, Matthew held sales management positions at companies including Biopop LLC, Overture Services (formerly Goto.com), and Netmosphere (acquired by Critical Path in 1999).
Robert Carroll
Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Robert Carroll is responsible for crafting and executing Clickability's global marketing strategy including brand, product marketing, sales enablement, press and analyst relations, events, and lead and demand generation programs. Robert contributes more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience at both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in the software, media, online publishing, and software-as-a-service industries. In addition to holding executive positions at AOL, Ziff-Davis (ZDNet), Ofoto (now Kodak), and Wind River, Robert was a founding team member of GNN, the world's first commercial website. Robert is also a guest lecturer on Social Media at the MBA Program, Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley, and a board member of the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA) Marketing Executive Council.
Tom Cignarella
Vice President of Technical Operations and Support
As Vice President of Technical Operations and Support, Tom is responsible for all aspects of the Clickability SaaS infrastructure and Customer Care. He manages the strategic planning, infrastructure deployment, day-to-day technology operations and support that ensures the company meets and exceeds customer requirements. These requirements include uptime, reliability, performance, security, and continual customer-focused improvements to process and infrastracture. Tom has over 18 years of experience in technology, infrastructure, production operations, and support at both internet and enterprise companies. Prior to joining Clickability, Tom was Vice President of Technology Operations at PlanetOut, a global network of content and community websites. Previous roles include positions at Symantec, BEA, Autodesk, Ariba, Excite, and Textainer, Inc.
Julia Fasick
Vice President of Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering, Julia is responsible for delivering on the technical vision of the Clickability Platform by developing a high quality product that meets customer needs. Heading up the development, quality assurance and product management teams, she is focused on building out Clickability’s engineering organization to meet the needs of the company’s growing customer base. Julia brings over 18 years of experience in software development and engineering management including roles at RSA Security, Autodesk and Buzzsaw.
Noah Logan
Vice President of New Markets
At Clickability, Noah is responsible for creating and driving the new business strategy for the company including new market development and business and technology partnerships. Previously VP of Sales at Clickability, Noah and his team forged key relationships with media heavyweight customers such as AOL/Time Warner, Dow Jones, Gray Television, and many others. In 2006, Noah led the team to record sales, increasing bookings for that year by more than three times over 2005 bookings. Prior to joining Clickability, Noah was responsible for sales at Network Software Associates and closed deals with Fortune 500 companies including Boeing, PACCAR and Global Home Loans.
Lyle Sweeney
Vice President of Professional Services
As Vice President of Professional Services, Lyle ensures that customers maximize the benefits of the Clickability’s SaaS Platform while simultaneously reducing their traditional operating costs. Lyle and his team are experts at rapid deployment, integration and custom configurations that enhance brand, revenue, demand generation and customer Web experience. With over 20 years of experience, Lyle has an exceptional track-record for building and helping teams out-perform competitors and exceed client expectations at such companies as Greater Bay Bancorp, Infotone, Proximity, BoardVantage, McKinsey & Company, and Mentor Graphics. Lyle was a Sloan Fellow and MBA/MS recipient at Stanford University, Graduate School of Business, and holds a B.S. Business Administration & Marketing from the University of Oregon.
