John Girard
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
John Girard is the Founder and CEO of Clickability. Under his leadership, Clickability has grown from a garage-based dream of four Stanford graduates to become the most successful single-source provider of on demand Web Content Management (WCM) solutions for media and enterprises. The biggest names in publishing, including the Wall Street Journal, CNN Interactive, and Dwell Magazine, rely on Clickability’s on demand content management applications to deliver the news to millions of readers each day. As CEO of Clickability, John’s primary responsibilities are driving the strategic vision of the company, including developing product and partnership strategies and fundraising.
Jeff Freund
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
As Founder and CTO of Clickability, Jeff designed and deployed the first and only pure-play SaaS platform for the entire web content lifecycle, from content creation to optimization. His work to launch the flagship Clickability platform in 2003 has advanced and his team's solutions were serving over 200 million pages per month by end of 2007. In addition to the platform's core content management and publishing capabilities, Jeff has overseen the launch of Clickability's comprehensive suite of publishing modules, which include an ad server, newsletter services, reports, polls and surveys, and search capabilities.
With over 10 years of software and Internet experience, Jeff's earlier posts include Western U.S. head of technology for Network Software Associates, a provider of legacy-to-web host connectivity products for enterprise customers. He collaborated on Linux cluster supercomputer projects at UCLA. Jeff received his BS and MS in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
G. William Lohr, III
Senior Vice President of Sales and Service
As SVP of Sales and Service, G. William ("Bill") Lohr, III, brings more than 20 years of experience as a strategic sales and marketing executive in a wide range of industries including information technology, finance, insurance, health care, and government. Bill’s executive sales background includes working with Fortune 500, medium size, and smaller entrepreneurial businesses with a keen interest in operational roles inside sales and services organizations. Prior to joining Clickability, Bill was VP of Sales and Service at Everdream, a desktop management software-as-a-service company, where he increased monthly recurring revenue by more that 60 percent within his first year. During his tenure as VP of North American Sales at Exigen Group, he structured and closed over $20 million in new business. Bill has also held senior posts at YY Technologies, Netscape, and IBM.
Steve Atherton
Vice President of Engineering and Client Services
Steve brings twenty five years' experience in technology, engineering, and sales engineering to Clickability, where he oversees all of the company's platform development, Professional Services implementation and customer support initiatives.
Prior to joining Clickability, Steve led technology teams at companies such as Motorola, Sybase, OnDisplay, ClearCommerce and Aruna Solutions in both Europe and in the US. Steve is tasked with the challenge of growing the groups under his leadership to ensure the evolution of the Clickability platform and the ongoing success of its rapidly increasing customer base.
Tom Cignarella
Vice President of Technology Operations
As Vice President of Technology Operations, Tom is responsible for all aspects of the Clickability SaaS infrastructure. He manages the strategic planning, infrastructure deployment, and day to day technology operations ensuring that the company meets and exceeds customer requirements for uptime, reliability, performance and security, as well as positioning the infrastructure for continued growth. Tom has over 18 years of experience in technology, infrastructure, production operations at both internet and enterprise companies. Prior to joining Clickability, Tom was Vice President of Technology Operations at PlanetOut, a global network of content and community websites. Previous roles include positions managing infrastructure operations at Symantec, BEA, Autodesk, Ariba, Excite, and Textainer, Inc.
Sean Noonan
Founder and Vice President of Finance
In his capacity as VP of Finance of Clickability, Sean is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including finance, legal, and business operations. Sean focuses on developing Clickability's internal strengths, and plays a key role in shaping the company's strategic business direction. Prior to his current role, Sean led several other teams within the organization, including Software Development and Client Services, providing him with a well-rounded experience across multiple business units. Sean has prior experience as a member of Ernst & Young’s eCommerce consulting team.
Robert Carroll
Vice President of Marketing
As VP of Marketing, Robert Carroll is responsible for crafting and executing Clickability's global marketing strategy including brand, sales enablement, press and analyst relations, events, and lead and demand generation programs. Robert contributes more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience at both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies in the software, media, online publishing, and software-as-a-service industries. In addition to holding executive positions at AOL, Ziff-Davis (ZDNet), Ofoto (now Kodak), and Wind River, Robert was a founding team member of GNN, the world's first commercial website. Robert is also a guest lecturer on Social Media at the MBA Program, Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley, and a board member of the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA) Marketing Executive Council.
Patricia Schoof
Vice President of Human Resources
With two decades of experience, VP of Human Resources Patricia Schoof holds a key position on Clickability’s executive team. Her broad range of responsibilities include employee recruitment, leadership cultivation, organizational design, and healthy workplace development. Before joining the Clickability team, Pat put her expertise in these areas to work at other global enterprises such as Shutterfly, Salesforce.com, McAfee, DHL, and The North Face—helping to merge outstanding human resources with rapidly evolving business strategies.
Noah Logan
Vice President of New Markets
At Clickability, Noah is responsible for creating and driving the new business strategy for the company including new market development and business and technology partnerships. Previously VP of Sales at Clickability, Noah and his team forged key relationships with media heavyweight customers such as AOL/Time Warner, Dow Jones, Gray Television, and many others. In 2006, Noah led the team to record sales, increasing bookings for that year by more than three times over 2005 bookings. Prior to joining Clickability, Noah was responsible for sales at Network Software Associates and closed deals with Fortune 500 companies including Boeing, PACCAR, and Global Home Loans.
Julia Banks
Senior Director of Client Services
As Senior Director of Client Services, Julia is responsible for delivering professional services to Clickability customers and maintaining the high standards of customer support recognized by clients. She manages two talented groups within the Client Services team, providing project management, technical integration, website launches, and 24/7 customer support. Julia has over ten years of experience in managing large-scale web projects and diverse teams that deliver exceptional web experiences. Prior to joining Clickability, she was Web Communications Manager for Lyris Technologies and held several positions at Rent.net and Move.com, leading the creative programming, site management, and quality assurance teams.
Rob Lamb
Director of Customer and Partner Programs
In his capacity as Director of Customer and Partner Programs, Rob Lamb is responsible for developing programs and relationships with strategic partners to increase the value proposition delivered to Clickability customers. Rob brings an entrepreneurial background with an emphasis on business development and customer value creation. Prior to joining Clickability, Rob held various management positions at Salesforce.com; most recently, he was focused on creating and implementing the innovative AppExchange partner program. Under his leadership, the team created a value added community of more than 250 integrated partner relationships, delivering in excess of 500 solutions. In his subsequent role as manager of the Customer Success Program, he was responsible for the formation and execution of customer facing programs designed to create an increased customer value proposition from use of the product. In addition, Rob has held leadership roles at Aevia and COLO.COM.
Suzanne Kasad
Director of Technology
As Director of Technology, Suzanne is responsible for delivering on Clickability’s technical vision and guiding the Product Management, Software Development, and Quality Assurance teams to produce the highest quality products for our customers. Using Agile Software Development, these teams work in close collaboration to provide customers with frequent improvements upon and innovations to the Clickability Platform. Prior to joining Clickability, Suzanne was a solutions architect at E.piphany and a manager in Ernst & Young LLP’s management consulting practice, where she implemented software projects for Fortune 500 companies in North America and Europe.
