Right Story. Right Audience. Right Time. Right Technology.

Building Brand, Driving Leads, and Increasing Revenue with Social Media and Marketing 2.0 Technologies

Why Should I Attend?
All marketers are storytellers. And, in a world of Social Media and Marketing 2.0 technologies, it's never been easier for you-- and external constituents-- to shape the ever-evolving story surrounding your company or product.

This free Webinar brings together three of the most highly respected thought leaders in the industry. They represent a unique blend of both Social Media and Web 2.0 technical and marketing expertise, and deeply understand how the two work together to ensure success.

With Social Media and Marketing 2.0's systemic IT changes, failure to correctly tell your story becomes instantly evident. It costs you prospects, customers, lost revenue, and most importantly, your brand and reputation. More than ever, Marketing must partner with IT to drive revenue by leveraging Marketing 2.0 and Social Media technologies.

What will I learn?

  • Growing Revenue: How to use Marketing 2.0 and Social Media technologies, and great content and community to drive leads and build market share.
  • Maximizing Marketing Spend: How to use Marketing 2.0 and Social Media technologies and strategies to truly listen to your prospects and customers, recognize where they are in the buying process, and maximize the use of your marketing dollars to close business.
  • Managing Customer Experience: Web Experience Management is the key driver for most companies' growing investment in Web Content Management and Demand Generation solutions—even in the midst of a major recession. Learn how to build community around compelling content and articulate your company's unique value proposition.
  • Customer Retention: Retaining customers is fundamental to your success in a down economy. Learn how to continually create and enhance a loyal community around your product and brand.
  • Sales Cycle Recognition: You need to touch prospects when they are most receptive to your offer. For marketers, that means using technology to recognize where your audience is in the sales cycle. Learn how to provide the right content at exactly the right time, and move your audience through the sales funnel in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.
