Content Management Connection
"Our business is highly regulated. There are legal requirements governing how we portray the business, which claims we can and cannot make. On top of that, these differ by country. Between Compliance, Legal and Editorial, we have multiple groups who have to review every update before it can be published."

Clickability Named a Visionary in Magic Quadrant Report for Web Content Management
SAN FRANCISCO – October 6, 2009 – Clickability, Inc., the global leader in on demand Web Content Management (WCM), is included among the industry’s leading WCM vendors in recent reports from Gartner, Inc. and Forrester Research. Gartner’s 2009 “Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management”(1) positions Clickability with “visionaries,” while Forrester Research’s report, “Five Additional Options To Consider For Web Content Management,” said Clickability “stands out from other Software-as-a-Service WCM options.”
“Clickability is very proud of our inclusion in these reports. These positive assessments validate our strong and growing position in the Web Content Management landscape,” said Jeff Freund, CEO of Clickability. “As a pure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, we are thrilled to be recognized by multiple, leading research firms as a key player in a growing and diverse industry. It demonstrates that we are continuing to innovate while successfully executing on our company strategy and product roadmap.”
Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management
The 2009 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management report noted, “WCM goes beyond the literal management of Web content and offers tools that allow a company to manage and make money from its Web presence, especially in areas such as building a customer-centric Web strategy, marketing, e-commerce and the media.”
Clickability was the only pure-play SaaS vendor in the report. The company placed in the “Visionaries” quadrant for being both “very forward thinking” and “technically focused.”
Gartner bases its evaluation on two sets of criteria: Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision. Ability to Execute measures how well a company sells and supports its WCM products and services on a global basis. Completeness of Vision focuses on the vendor's potential and points to its future likelihood of success.

Five Additional Options To Consider For Web Content Management
In the report “Five Additional Options To Consider For Web Content Management,” Forrester Research, August 2009, analysts evaluated vendors based on their features in six categories: content authoring and ingestion, workflow administration, content integration, site and content targeting, multisite and global content management and community controls.
Analysts commented, “Clickability can certainly address basic midmarket clients’ needs such as check-in, checkout, workflows, and other basic content services. But Clickability aims higher, and offers some persuasive functionality as well, including some solid content targeting and community controls.”
The report also noted, “Clickability seems to have perfected its release processing, releasing eight upgrades in 2008 (upgrades to SaaS software are often invisible to customers and can be a major advantage over installed solutions).”
