Security & the Clickability Web CMS
Clickability provides 24/7 systems protection through multiple co-located data centers, enabling total redundancy through the Clickability Platform. Enhancements of security technologies are introduced regularly, with constant monitoring of emerging security developments and threats.
Clickability provides three levels of security:
- Network - Clickability leverages industry-leading security vendors to provide multiple layers of protection through firewalls and intrusion monitoring systems. All servers reside behind enterprise class firewalls. Login access is restricted to Clickability administrators. Security configurations are frequently monitored for changes, vulnerabilities and errors. Vulnerability threat assessments and penetration tests ensure the system is always current. Any firewall events are logged and carefully reviewed.
- Platform - Access to customer sites on the Clickability Platform is strictly limited. Users log in via 128-bit Secure Socket Layers. These logins are performed using Java Database Connectivity which resides outside of the actual application code. Passwords follow stringent requirements – with optional password management enhancements – and password databases are MD5 encrypted. User logins and activity are logged and available in security reports.
- Data - Customers do not have direct access to databases and customer data is not accessible or transferred over the open Internet. Databases are backed up nightly to network storage, with additional weekly tape backups taken off-site. When servers are decommissioned, the hard drives are erased before they are recycled.
Over the years, Clickability has built a solid reputation by ensuring that all customer data and content is safe and secure.
