Training and Learning
Today's Web teams have widely varying training needs. Non-technical users may want only the basics on how to edit and upload content. Administrators often need instruction on how to tailor permissions and workflows or run analytical reports. Technical users want easy access to comprehensive, ongoing education that keeps them abreast of new trends and innovations.
Training on the Clickability Platform begins during the very first phase of implementation and continues long after your site is up and running. Before your site goes live, you'll get hands-on practice in creating dynamic pages and sections through our training test site. Your team lead will receive train-the-trainer tips for getting your entire team up and running quickly. Continuing education for beginner, intermediate and power users is always available 24/7 at the Clickability Community site. Bi-weekly webinars make it easy to keep up-to-date on platform enhancements, as well as introduce you to new skillsets.
Clickability Gives Technical Users Powerful Tools for Innovation
For technical users who want and need template access, we offer intensive two-day training in the Velocity Templating language. Once they’ve mastered this toolset, power users are ready to be both independent and innovative on the Clickability Platform. This level of training is intended for accomplished programmers only.
